| "Healing Circles" |
| When you are forming a healing circle you can bring healing In or send healing Out. If you want to bring healing into someone or everyone in the circle then sit in the circle facing each other. If you want to send healing out to the earth for example you can form the circle so that your backs are facing each other. In either case healing light will come in through your crown and will pour out of your third eye area, as well as your palms. You can direct your healing light in any direction you want or need it to go. Both light beams created by the two different circle formations are very powerful. |
